Why attend?

The conversations you cannot have inside your organization are often the conversations that matter most.

Are you making the right decisions? Are you missing anything? Who can you talk to about this? Leadership can be lonely… The higher you rise, the fewer people you can speak to openly. Your biggest decisions are often too sensitive for your team, too strategic for friends, and too important to navigate alone.

On July 8th, PEO Leadership | Innovators Alliance invites CEOs, Entrepreneurs and Senior Executives for an intimate leadership experience designed to help you think more clearly, lead more effectively, and gain perspective from peers who understand the realities of leadership.

This working session is a glimpse into how PEO Leadership | Innovators Alliance members grow, together.

You'll participate in a facilitated leadership workshop, experience a Peer Advisory Session firsthand, and engage in candid conversations with accomplished leaders facing challenges similar to your own.

Bring a Real Challenge.
Whether you're wrestling with growth, talent, succession, AI, culture, strategy, or a difficult decision, you'll have the opportunity to put a real issue on the table and receive candid perspectives from accomplished leaders who have likely faced something similar. Many attendees tell us the insights gained during this session alone are worth the afternoon.

The Peer Advisory Session is the cornerstone of the PEO Leadership | Innovators Alliance membership. In a trusted, confidential setting, members bring their real challenges and work through them with a group of peers who have no agenda other than helping each other succeed. On July 8th, you're invited to experience it yourself.

What Happens in a Peer Advisory Session?
Participants bring real opportunities, challenges, and decisions to the table. The group asks questions, challenges assumptions, shares experiences, and helps uncover blind spots that can be difficult to see from inside your own organization. The goal isn't advice. It's better thinking.

Workshop Overview

Exceptional vs. Unexceptional Leadership
FACILITATED BY MICHELE CALPIN

Both tendencies live in every leader. The question is which one you're feeding.

In this hands-on session, you'll reflect on the exceptional, and unexceptional, leaders you've encountered throughout your career, and identify the personal conditions under which you lead at your best. The goal is for you to develop intentional action to strengthen positive behaviours and minimize leadership-killing habits.

You Will Leave with:

  • Greater awareness of the habits helping and hindering your leadership
  • Practical actions to strengthen your effectiveness and impact
  • New perspectives on a critical business challenge
  • Meaningful connections with accomplished leaders facing similar realities
  • A firsthand experience of one of Canada's most trusted peer advisory communities

Registration closes at 11:00PM EST on July 6In order to preserve the quality of discussion and ensure every participant has an opportunity to contribute, attendance is limited to just 24 CEOs, entrepreneurs and senior executives. Only those who register will be able to attend. For more information, contact our VP of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships, Joanna Thommee at jthommee@peo-leadership.com
