Darren Rabie

Darren Rabie’s story began in Cape Town, South Africa, where entrepreneurial grit and resilience ran deep. After his family’s courageous move to Toronto in 1977, Darren was inspired by his parents’ determination to rebuild their lives from scratch. This instilled a relentless drive in him to chart his own path, launching ventures from window washing to campus gear sales to fund his education.


Armed with a degree from the Ivey School of Business, Darren co-founded The Results Group, where he dove into the world of B2B sales and captivated audiences with his dynamic public speaking. In 2003, spotting a critical gap in sales leadership, he founded Focus Sales Management, a groundbreaking approach to part-time sales leadership for small B2B companies. By 2010, he expanded his vision with Focus CRM, helping businesses master Salesforce and achieve sustainable growth.


Over three decades, Darren has worked with more than 500 companies, lead & coached 500+ sales leaders and people, and delivered hundreds of compelling presentations across North America. In 2018, he sold Focus to his trusted partners, opening a new chapter devoted to personal growth, family, and giving back.


With a passion for transforming sales teams and driving measurable results, Darren’s innovative strategies and insights have made him a go-to expert for leaders seeking to overcome challenges and unlock their potential.
