His 25+ years of leadership experience underscores his unique impact on the way leaders lead, learn and live, and his ability to understand their needs and challenges.

As the owner and CEO of PEO Leadership, Leon is dedicated to building communities of knowledgeable and respected business leaders by developing opportunities for shared insights and experience. Under his leadership, PEO is recognized as a premier executive leadership advisory community that positively influences the way leaders lead, learn and live.

Leon is also Toronto Chair of TIGER 21, where he leverages his experience to develop exceptional leaders working with high net worth individuals and families.

As founder and CEO of www.justwhiteshirts.com in 1997, Leon became one of Canada’s first online success stories, recognized for bringing the dot com retail experience to Canadians through a combination of online, catalog, and bricks and mortar channels.

Leon is an authority on leadership and business strategy as he is consistently invited to address various business audiences, including the graduating classes of Chartered Accountants. His thought leadership is published in the CA Magazine, The National Post and The Globe and Mail.

Leon is a current member of the Umbra and IHHP Advisory Boards. He is a former member of the North York Aquatic Club Board of Directors. Leon is a CPA, CA. He is married with children and is active in sports, including triathlons and skiing.

Tina Young

Tina Young

Tina Young is an accomplished business and marketing professional with a career that has spanned over 25 years. As an Executive Advisor at PEO Leadership, she aims to inspire leaders to build better businesses and to accelerate their growth.


Tina brings a wealth of experience providing leadership, collaboration, business management and strategy; building brands and businesses, combined with a unique breadth of knowledge from a diverse range of industries, including consumer packaged goods in food, beverage, health, infant products, financial services, retail, and not-for-profit.


Since 2000, Tina has led her own private consulting practice focused on business planning, innovation, strategic brand development and product commercialization for some of the world’s leading companies, including Coca-Cola, GlaxoSmithKline, and McCain Foods.


Tina has 10 years of Board experience, and since 2015, she has served as The Chair of the Board for Provider Capital Group, guiding the company through a rapidly evolving financial services landscape.


Tina holds a Master of Business Administration specializing in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the Schulich School of Business – York University, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Toronto.


Tina approaches every aspect of her life with a contagious energy and enthusiasm. She is passionate about travel, is an adventurer, and a fitness enthusiast. Tina is also a proud mother of two amazing adult children.

Miguel Gonsalves

Miguel Gonsalves

Miguel Gonsalves has a distinguished track record in both public and private sector companies, and has developed a unique skill set within the high tech wireless communications industry. He is known as an influential leader with a history of building exceptionally growth-oriented businesses.


Miguel is also President of NeoCortex Inc., the management consulting firm he founded in 1998. The firm’s clients have spanned from Canada’s largest companies to start-up businesses. NeoCortex provides strategy consulting, tactical planning and hands-on implementation support. Under his leadership, NeoCortex helps its clients to create sustainable growth engines.


For over 7 years, Miguel was part of the team that created and lead AirIQ Inc., a high tech start-up in the Telematics industry, to grow from $0 to over $40 Million in annual recurring revenue. He held the positions of EVP Consumer, EVP Commercial Transport, and EVP Marketing & Investor Relations, and was a key member of the Executive team that took the company public.


Prior to AirIQ, Miguel was with Clearnet (now Telus) for 7 years, holding the positions of Director, Major Systems, Director, Continuous Learning and Sales Manager where he was a part of the team that launched two of Canada’s national wireless telecom networks. He joined Clearnet when the company he founded, Trace Communications Inc. (offering wireless hardware and systems) was acquired by Clearnet.


Miguel has two adult daughters, practices mindfulness meditation, and is an avid table tennis player.
